Should you need to return an artwork, we’ve designed our return policy to be clear, fair, and straightforward.

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your artwork. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the piece for a full refund in store credit. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, securely packaged in the original materials, and accompanied by all documentation provided at the time of purchase. Commissions and customized works are not eligible for return. Damaged Artwork

We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. However, if you suspect damage during transit, please do not open the packaging. Instead, photograph the packaging from all angles and notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@artenango.com within 14 days of receipt of your artwork. Please include your name, order details, and reason for return.  We will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning the artwork. *Please note, customized works and commissions are not eligible for return, and damage to the artwork may affect our ability to provide a full refund. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned piece, we will follow up with you by email to issue your refund in the form of store credit.
